The STAHLWERK MIG 270 Pulse Pro welder has a synergic wire feed, works with up to 270 A and is suitable for MIG MAG welding as well as for Lift TIG and MMA/ARC applications – welding without shielding gas is also possible. The device has numerous welding parameters and enables precise welding of thin sheet metal, sheet metal and stainless steel.

A powerful 4-roller drive ensures reliable wire feed, which also transports thicker welding wires continuously and safely during MIG MAG welding. In addition to the MIG/MAG and MMA welding processes, a special pulse function enables clean, precise welding of thin sheets and achieves visibly perfect weld seams thanks to optimum timing. The pulse function also enables the welding of aluminum. The welding parameters are easy to read on a clear display. The various modes can be set quickly on the control panel.

• 4-in-1 combination welding machine – MIG MAG / Lift TIG / MMA
• MIG MAG – gas metal arc welding with direct current (DC). Welding can be carried out with inactive/inert (MIG: e.g. argon) or active (MAG: e.g. CO2) gases. Gas and welding wire come from one torch head and enable welding work to be carried out with just one hand.
• The welding parameters are easy to read on a clear display. The various modes can be set quickly on the control panel.
• Synergic wire feed: The wire feed speed is controlled fully automatically via the welding current.
