When will you receive your order?
Each stock item has an availability flag which are as follows.
-In stock: You can expect to receive these items the next working day following your order if you are located in the North or South of Ireland. Please allow 48 hours if you are located in a remote area and also if your item is over 15 kilos.
-Delivery 2-3 days. Please allow up to 72 working hours for these items to be delivered.
-Out of Stock. It is best to contact us directly to confirm a delivery date.
-Welding Machines. Due to the nature of these products, delivery times for Welding Machines can vary from within 2-3 days to a few weeks. Please contact us to get a date of delivery when ordering a Welding Machine.

We do not offer Saturday deliveries.
*Next day delivery only applies to items in stock and to NI & ROI addresses. Orders must be received by 1:30pm, orders after this time will be despatched on the following day. Some highland postcodes and rural routes are only available as a two-day service. If you have any questions please give us a call.
What is our Returns & Refunds Policy?
You have a three-day approval period from the day the goods are actually received. This is to ensure that the goods meet with your requirements.
If returning an item, you must contact NORSEMEN and obtain a returns authorisation number to be included with your package.
Carriage costs for the return of the item will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by Norsemen in a new and unused condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage.
Please note that items ordered incorrectly and then returned to Norsemen for credit, will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please note any custom-made items like logo’d garments or machines made to order are non-returnable. No credits will be issued until the returned goods have been received by Norsemen and inspected confirming they have not been used, worn or damaged.
