When will you receive your order?

-In stock: You can expect to receive these items the next working day following your order if you are located in the North or South of Ireland. Please allow 48 hours if you are located in a remote area and also if your item is over 15 kilos.

-Delivery 2-3 days. Please allow up to 72 working hours for these items to be delivered.

-Out of Stock. It is best to contact us directly to confirm a delivery date.

-Welding Machines. Due to the nature of these products, delivery times for Welding Machines can vary from within 2-3 days to a few weeks. Please contact us to get a date of delivery when ordering a Welding Machine. 

Standard Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

All orders over £75 excluding VAT are delivered 2-3 days free of charge* (Northern Ireland postcodes only)
All orders under £75 excluding VAT are delivered 2-3 days for £5 + VAT* in Northern Ireland and £8.50 + VAT * in ROI

Excluding VAT: If your order total goes over the £75 charge after VAT is added, you are not eligible for Free Delivery. (Example – £78 INCLUDING VAT would not be eligible as it only totals to £65 before VAT is added. £78 EXCLUDING VAT is eligible for Free Delivery as this is over the £75 mark before VAT has been added onto the order.)

We do not offer Saturday deliveries.

*Next day delivery only applies to items in stock and to NI & ROI addresses. Orders must be received by 1:30pm, orders after this time will be despatched on the following day. Some highland postcodes and rural routes are only available as a two-day service. If you have any questions please give us a call.

What is our Returns & Refunds Policy?

To be eligible for a full refund (minus carriage charges) from Norsemen, you need to notify us within a 14 day of receiving your delivery. This notification should be via email or a phone call and you must advise the reason for returning the goods. Once you have notified us, you will have another 14 days to return the goods at your cost.

It is essential to return the goods within 28 days from the initial date of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the product being ineligible for a full refund. If you are experiencing any difficulties in returning the product within the timeframe, it is best to let us know to discuss your situation. The carriage/postage costs to return the goods is paid by the customer/purchaser.

Restocking Fee and Refund Amount

In some cases, Norsemen may charge a restocking fee for returned goods. The amount of this fee varies depending on the product and the condition of the returned goods. If a restocking fee applies, Norsemen will inform you before initiating the returns process.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the full refund amount along with any carriage charges paid by Norsemen, which will be issued once Norsemen has received and inspected the returned goods. Please note the product must not have been used and should still be in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

No Refunds for Used or Devalued Products

It is essential to keep in mind that Norsemen will not accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been used or devalued. The product should be in its original condition, with no signs of wear and tear or damage. Any items returned in such a way will not be accepted as a return, and a refund will not be issued.

Following the steps outlined above will ensure that you get a full refund minus any carriage charges for your purchase from Norsemen. Always remember to notify Norsemen within 14 days of receiving your delivery and return the goods within 28 days. Make sure that the product is in its original packaging and has not been used or devalued. If you are unsure about any aspect of the returns process, do not hesitate to contact Norsemen 028 9592 2631.

If returning an item, you must contact NORSEMEN and obtain a returns authorization number to be included with your package.

Carriage costs for the return of the item will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by Norsemen in a new and unused condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage. Due to the current COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic, we have a strict no returns policy for items worn on or close to the face, such as masks, visors, goggles, glasses, etc. to avoid contamination. Please ensure you are ordering the correct item if they fall into this category.

Please note that items ordered incorrectly and then returned to Norsemen for credit, will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please note any custom-made items like logo’d garments or machines made to order are non-returnable. No credits will be issued until the returned goods have been received by Norsemen and inspected confirming they have not been used, worn or damaged.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped via email/phone. Otherwise, please refer to our Returns policy.

Re-delivery Charges

Please be aware that there will be a re-delivery charge if there has been a failed delivery attempt by our courier. If the delivery has failed because incorrect shipping details have been provided or the recipient was not present to receive the shipment, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay all re-delivery fees. If the order was carriage paid, the re-delivery charge will be the rates we show for your area.
