The Stahlwerk Welding Machine Flux 140 ST is a lightweight, compact yet powerful welding solution engineered for precision and flexibility. The FLUX welding machine features a synergic wire feeder, operates at up to 140 A, and is suitable for FLUX flux-cored wire welding without shielding gas, as well as for Lift TIG and MMA/ARC applications. Designed for use in all weather conditions, the flux-cored wire welder achieves first-class welding results even in adverse weather conditions thanks to its powerful 140 amps.

The welding parameters are easy to read on a clear digital display. The various modes can be quickly set using the intuitive menu. State-of-the-art, latest-generation IGBT technology ensures excellent welding properties at high welding speeds. In addition to smart cooling with integrated overheating protection, the welding machine features a synergic wire feeder. The wire feed speed is automatically regulated by the set welding current.  A special highlight is the integrated LED light for illuminating the wire guide, allowing for quick wire spool changes even in poor visibility conditions. This light switches on automatically when the protective cover is opened.

In combination with the optionally available STAHLWERK WP-17V welding torch, the versatile inverter welding machine can be converted into a TIG welder with Lift-TIG. Flux-cored wire welding is based on a similar process to MIG MAG welding, with the difference that no shielding gas is required. Compared to shielding gas welders, the FLUX welder is therefore significantly cheaper to maintain. Due to its compact dimensions, low weight, and the absence of shielding gas, the welder is particularly suitable for mobile use on construction sites, in assembly work, or for DIY projects.
