STAHLWERK Plasma cutter CUT 50 Pilot IGBT / Plasma cutter with 50 A and HF pilot ignition is a powerful plasma cutter delivering a powerful 50 amps and features precise high-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition performance.

Cutting Capacity of STAHLWERK Plasma cutter CUT 50 -Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 14 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 14 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm).

In addition to the common conductive metals, the STAHLWERK Plasma cutter CUT 50 is also suitable for painted sheet metal and flash rust. The cutting current can be continuously adjusted from 15 to 50 amps.

The compact STAHLWERK Plasma cutter CUT 50 features smart cooling and overheating protection and is easy to transport at just 8.0 kg.

In addition to a comprehensive accessories package, the STAHLWERK CUT 50 Pilot IGBT plasma cutter – like all STAHLWERK devices – comes with a 7-year warranty.

Device functions & components

• Plasma / CUT – A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This allows effortless precise cutting of all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more.
• Cut thickness – cut-offs are possible up to 14 mm depending on the material. Mild steel ST37 up to 14 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
• Pilot ignition – High frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer, which is included in the delivery.
• Cutting current – Stepless adjustment from 15 to 50 A.
• Air after-run – After cutting is complete, air automatically flows to cool the torch and reduce nozzle and electrode wear.
• High quality guide carriage / roller carriage / spacer for P60 plasma torch, allows precise cutting and provides consistent torch position.
