STAHLWERK Plasma cutter CUT 50 P  Plasma cutter is a powerful and very compact cutting inverter for the precise cutting of electrically conductive metals. The infinitely variable cutting current of 15 to 45 A covers a wide range of applications – from thin sheets to solid structural steel plates.

The HF pilot ignition ensures convenient, contactless ignition of the plasma arc. Depending on the material, cuts of up to 15 mm are possible with mild steel (ST37), 8 mm with stainless steel (V2A/V4A) and 5 mm with aluminum.

Even painted and slightly rusted workpieces can be processed cleanly and efficiently. The integrated smart cooling, overheating protection and IP21S protection class ensure reliable and durable operation. • Plasma / CUT – A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This allows all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more to be cut precisely and effortlessly.
• Cutting thickness – Depending on the material, cuts of up to 15 mm are possible. Mild steel ST37 up to 15 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
• Pilot ignition – High-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer included in the scope of delivery.

• Air after-run – After the cutting process is complete, air flows automatically to cool the torch and reduce wear on the nozzle and electrode.
