The powerful Stahlwerk Plasma Cutter Cut 100 Pro plasma cutter with 2T/4T mode delivers a powerful 100 amps and has a precise high-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 44 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 44 mm, V2A or V4A up to 32 mm, aluminum up to 27 mm). The plasma cutter is suitable for all common conductive metals as well as painted sheet metal and rust film. The cutting current can be infinitely adjusted from 30 to 100 amps.
All parameters on the Stahlwerk Plasma Cutter Cut 100 P can be easily read on a clearly laid out control panel. The various values can be set intuitively and quickly. The Stahlwerk Plasma Cutter Cut 100 P has smart cooling and overheating protection and is easy to transport at just 28.7 kg. Another feature of the Stahlwerk Plasma Cutter Cut 100 P is torch height control for use with a CNC controller. The arc voltage is measured via a 2-pin THC connection and transmitted to the controller to keep the torch height constant.
The Stahlwerk Plasma Cutter Cut 100 P also has the “MESH METAL” and “SHEET METAL” operating modes. The “MESH METAL” mode is particularly suitable for workpieces with a grid structure or interruptions where the arc may lose contact for a short time. The “SHEET METAL” mode is recommended for continuous sheets where a uniform cut is guaranteed. The air pre-flow and post-flow time can be set individually on the device. A longer post-flow time improves cooling and thus contributes to extending the service life of the wearing parts. Device functions & components of the Stahlwerk Plasma Cutter Cut 100 P
- Plasma / CUT – A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This allows all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more to be cut precisely and effortlessly.
- Cutting thickness – Depending on the material, cuts of up to 44 mm are possible. Mild steel ST37 up to 44 mm, V2A or V4A up to 32 mm, aluminum up to 27 mm.
- Â All parameters can be easily read on a clearly laid out control panel. The various values can be set intuitively and quickly.
- Pilot ignition – high-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer included in the scope of delivery.
- Cutting current – stepless adjustment from 30 to 100 A.
- Operating mode “MESH METAL” – is particularly suitable for workpieces with a grid structure or interruptions where the arc may lose contact for a short time.
- SHEET METAL” operating mode – recommended for continuous sheets where a uniform cut is guaranteed.
- Pre-flow and post-flow setting – This function allows the air pre-flow and post-flow time to be set individually.
- 2T/4T – determines the control of the operating mode and offers extended control over the current flow. In 2T mode, high-frequency ignition (HF) remains active until the button on the burner is released. In 4T mode, the arc is ignited after pressing and releasing the button once. After pressing and releasing the button again, ignition is terminated.

In this way, a constant distance to the workpiece is guaranteed at all times.
