Parweld XR938H Welding Helmet
Parweld XR938H/E True Colour Light Reactive Welding & Grinding Helmet (American Eagle Design) is a slim, lightweight Auto Darkening Welding Helmet from Parweld. The helmet is manufactured with a high impact, polyamide nylon material.
This provides the wearer with high levels of protection, comfort and durability. The helmet also has a metallic paint finish, maximising its heat protection.
The Parweld Welding Helmet uses a curved design, paired with a clear spatter shield over the optics. It is adjustable, meaning it can fit comfortable onto almost all head shapes and sizes. It has full neck coverage, locking headgear and an easily accessible automatic on/off switch.
The helmet will quickly auto darken from light to dark in 1/30,000 of a second. It offers protection for the eyes against UV, and the switch is located outside the helmet. This switch is used to turn the mask into a grinding state by making it consistently light.
The XR938H helmet is solar powered and also features a backup battery. Its welding filters have 4 sensors that constantly monitor the arc to allow for instant darkening. The sensitivity can be adjusted. The helmet is a Shade 4 light state.
The Parweld XR938H conforms to BS EN 379 and BS EN 175, EN 166, BS EN 379:2003+A1:2009, BS EN 175:1997, BS EN 166:2002.
