The XPS 450DX MIG Welder has a traditional tapped design, having 40 steps which provides great flexibility for the operator.

The Miller XPS MIG machine has a ‘Fan-On-Demand’ optional extra which keeps the machines internal components clean.

If the Miller MIG Welder’s main transformer or rectifier overheats, the thermal overload protection will shut any power source output off.

The XPS 350 & the XPS 450 can both connect to any Miller wire feeder.

The ST-24WD (cw miller 20 series feeder) has the best drive roll system on the market.

The MIG Welding machine uses industrial running gears, and has an optional cylinder rack which aids with transport of the machine and its equipment.

The XPS 450 has another optional feature. Dual Digital Meters can be added, which display readings of arc voltage & amperage for the machine.

The Dual Display has a hold featuring, meaning the welder can view their last parameters on a previous weld that has been stopped.

The Miller XPS’s access to output terminals means the welder can easily conduct a polarity changeover when moving to a solid/flux-cored wire.

The machine has 2 inductance terminals and also a laminated inductor, giving the welder a stable, smooth arc during a job.
