HELVILITE tigMAKER 210HF Pulsed TIG Welder
The HELVILITE tigMAKER 210HF is a DC Pulsed TIG Welder from HELVI. The tigMAKER 210HF is capable of doing TIG Welding from 5 to 200A and MMA/Stick Welding from 5 to 170A. Weld steel and stainless steel (tig inox) with this DC tig welding machine.
This tig welder makes use of a simplistic control panel. It has two levers to select Welding Modes (2-stroke TIG, 4-stroke TIG and MMA/Stick).
The user can also select the type of TIG welding they want to do TIG with LIFT Start, TIG with HF (High Frequency) or TIG in Pulsed Mode.
The tigMAKER 210HF is ideal for both TIG Welding enthusiasts, beginner and TIG Welding professional. Its simplistic control panels allows the TIG Welder the easily adjust the parameters to ensure the weld is perfect.
The 4-stroke TIG mode means the TIG welder only needs to press one button and continue focusing on their weld.
The HF mode (High Frequency) allows for no contamination of the weld pool, reducing the wear on your tungsten tip.
The Pulsed Mode reduces the heat input on the material being welded, allowing the welder to work on thin pieces of material.
The machine is very portable, making it ideal for use in a range of different environments.
This HELVILITE tigMAKER 210HF Pulsed TIG Welding Machine comes with the following:
- TIG 26 torch — 4 meter long, air cooled
- Ground cable Length: 2 meters. Cable section: 25mm2
- MMA welding cable. Length 3 meters. Cable section: 25mm2
- Gloves for TIG welding (size 10)
- Gas hose

TIG MODE :
- 2-stroke or 4-stroke torch control mode;
- Arc ignition choice: LIFT mode or with HF (high frequency)
- Possibility of welding in pulsed mode (fixed frequency at 2.5Hz).
TIG HF MODE:
- With the ignition of the electric arc in HF mode, the electric arc is activated remotely by the HF device
- The advantage is that it is not necessary to touch the base material with the electrode: so you avoid damaging the electrode and contaminating the weld pool
MMA (electrode) MODE:
- Simplified welding with hot start (facilitates the ignition of the electrodes
- Arc force (automatically increases the welding current if the arc is too short
- Anti-sticking (prevents the electrode from sticking to the piece to be welded
What Is TIG Welding?
In TIG welding, a tungsten electrode heats the metal you are welding and gas (most commonly Argon) protects the weld puddle from airborne contaminants. TIG welding produces clean, precise welds on any metal.

Why should I try TIG Welding?
1. Weld more metals and alloys than any other process
TIG welders can be used to weld steel, stainless steel, chromoly, aluminum (AC required), nickel alloys, magnesium, copper, brass, bronze, and even gold. TIG is a useful welding process for welding wagons, bike frames, lawn mowers, door handles, fenders, and more.
2. Create high quality, clean welds
With superior arc and weld puddle control, TIG allows you to create clean welds when appearances count.
Because the heat input is often controlled by pressing on a foot pedal, similar to driving a car, TIG welding allows you to heat up or cool down the weld puddle giving you precise weld bead control.
This makes TIG welding ideal for cosmetic welds like sculptures and automotive welds.
No flux or slag
Because the Argon gas protects the weld puddle from contamination, no flux is required or used in TIG welding and there is no slag to block your view of the weld puddle. Also, the finished weld will not have slag to remove between weld passes.
No smoke or fumes
TIG welding does not create smoke or fumes, unless the base metal being welded contains contaminants or elements such as, oil, grease, paint, lead or zinc. The base metal should be cleaned before welding.
3. Use one shielding gas (Argon) for all applications
Because Argon can be used to TIG weld all metals and thicknesses you only need one type of gas in your shop to handle all of your welding projects.
4. Weld in all positions
TIG welds can be made in all positions – flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead. Perfect for roll cages and inside confined areas.
