Completely redesigned to closely match the weight, handle size, durability and industrial grade performance of Bernard BTB semi-automatic air-cooled MIG guns, this fume extraction mig torch was built with welder comfort and productivity in mind.

How Does it Work?

Over the welding pool,  a fume extraction mig torch with integrated fume extraction capture the fumes directly at source. As the fumes are carried through hoses into the collector, they are extracted through openings in the nozzle at the tip of the torch. Torches must be connected to high vacuum systems in order to properly extract and treat fumes. Portable or central, the unit provides vacuum to the torch, collects and filters fumes, and returns clean air to the workshop.

• 300 amp model — 100%: 300 amp with CO₂, 60%: 300 amp with mixed gases
• 400 amp model — 100%: 400 amp with CO₂, 60%: 400 amp with mixed gases
• 500 amp model — 100%: 500 amp with CO₂, 60%: 500 amp with mixed gases
• 600 amp model — 100%: 600 amp with CO₂, 60%: 600 amp with mixed gases
