CERAMIGuard Anti Spatter DRY FILM SPRAY

This ceramic particulate spatter-prevention spray-coating is designed to extend the life of contact tips and shrouds in industrial semi-automated and robotic MIG welding applications, including heavy equipment fabrication and vehicle production.

CeraMIGuard out-performs regular anti-spatter sprays and increases productivity, reducing downtime.

Can also be applied to jigs, fixtures & cables to protect them from spatter adhesion.

Typically, CeraMIGuard-coated shrouds last over twice as long as uncoated shrouds before spatter build-up adversely and affects welding performance.

In many applications, only a single application of CeraMIGuard is required per shift, which removes the needs for reaming stations and tip-dip.

The spray can also be applied to jigs, fixtures and power cables to protect them from spatter damage. It can be removed by rubbing with a warm, damp cloth.
